ART CLASSES
to calm and connect
Wednesdays, 1.30-4pm
Explore your creativity and unique style and approach to making art in this 5 week art workshop with Artist Helen Garrett.
Using natural form as inspiration Helen will guide you to work in a reflective and experimental way using a range of materials including natural drawing materials, acrylic ink, paint, charcoal, and clay.
She will create a space for curiosity and wonder, bringing attention to the detail and the rhythm of the natural world and strengthening one’s own sense of connection and belonging.
No previous artistic experience is necessary. All materials will be provided.
26th Feb – 1.30-4pm Freedom through Drawing
5th March – 1.30-4pm The Shell – Holding and Listening
12th March – 1.30-4pm The Mindful Brushstroke
19th March – 1.30-4pm Drawing into Relationship
26th March – 1.30-4pm Material Earth
February 26 – March 26 (5 sessions)
