Fossil Walk Tuesday 28th April 12.15pm

28 April @ 12:15 pm - 3:15 pm

Following recent advice from the Prime Minister to avoid all unnecessary social contact we have taken the difficult decision to close our museum building from Wednesday 18 March.

We are disappointed to have to cancel all fossil walks until June 1st 2020. Walks after this date can be booked through this site as normal.

We will continue to produce content for our website and social media platforms that creates new activity and connects people with our work and collections.

Explore the beach with our expert Fossil Hunters Paddy Howe and Chris Andrew and collect your own fossils to take home. Walk in the footsteps of Mary Anning, hear about the amazing fossils discovered in Lyme Regis and the fascinating geology of the Jurassic Coast.

Walks start from outside the front of Lyme Regis Museum and last approx. 3 hours. Booking is recommended, especially during school holidays.
