The collections
Find out more about the Museum’s Collections here.
When can I film at the Museum?
Filming or photography in the public galleries at peak times must take place outside of public opening hours (10am – 5pm). Filming at off-peak visiting times is possible within Museum opening hours. If you would like to film in peak visiting times, please contact us for a bespoke quote.
You can film with an expert on the seafront/coast during public opening hours all year round subject to availability and tide times. Filming on the beach itself is dependent on tide times – please contact us to check potential dates.
Is there parking on site?
No – we do have an area to offload equipment in front of the Museum but vehicles must be parked at a town car park during the shoot. Our nearest long stay car park is the Charmouth Road Car Park (5 mins walk).
