In these weekly sessions join writer and performer Sarah Acton on a creative adventure into Lyme’s historical characters, events and places.

“You don’t have to be an experienced writer, this is a fun exploration of local stories and heritage for all levels and for anyone who enjoys creative community”

Over tea and conversation, get up close to special museum objects, feel the past and weave in your own memories and stories, writing and chatting on broader themes of myth, memory and place.

This course is inspired by our local heritage and research of where stories come from and how they stay alive. It will explore fact and fiction through writing, imagining and creating new stories and poems.
