Seasonal Family Activities

There’s something for the whole family at Lyme Regis Museum! We run a range of activities over the holiday period, come and enjoy creative and crafty activities, walks* and talks linked to our exhibitions and collections.

Craft activities are FREE with your admission ticket and are drop-in sessions. Fossil Polishing is a drop-in session and is FREE with your admission ticket but there is a small charge for your chosen fossil.

*Fossil Walks take place daily when possible (depending on tides), to book your place click here. Entry to the Museum is included in the ticket price.

May 25th, 10am-4pm – DIMORPHODON CLAY  MODELLING WORKSHOP with Creative Clay for All (Drop in session, free with Admission)
May 26th, 11am – FANTASTIC FOSSILS & WHERE TO FIND THEM talk & demonstration with Kieran Satchell, Learning & Engagement Officer. More info
May 26th, 2pm – FOSSIL ID SESSION with Kieran Satchell, Learning & Engagement Officer. (Drop in session, free with Admission)
May 27th, 10am-3pm – FOSSIL POLISHING WORKSHOP (Drop in session, small charge for chosen fossil)
May 28th, 10am-4pm – FEROCIOUS FISH 3D MODELLING with  Darell Wakelam (Drop in session, free with Admission)
