Delivery Information

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping options: Standard UK delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.
  • Shipping costs: We charge a flat free of £3.95. We do not offer overseas shipping at this time.
  • Packaging: All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: We accept returns of unused, undamaged items within 14 days of receipt.
  • Process: Contact us at museum@lymeregismuseum.co.uk arrange a return. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
  • Refunds: Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please specify the replacement product when contacting us. Shipping costs for exchanges may apply.
  • Non-Returnable items: Certain items, including digital downloads, personalised items and perishable products cannot be returned.
