Refunds

You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the walk is due to take place and we will refund the cost of the walk. After 48 hours it is no longer possible for us to offer a refund for the walk.

Once we receive notification that you want to cancel your booking we will arrange your refund as soon as possible.

You will receive the credit within a period determined by your card issuer’s policy.

Please note that walks will go ahead in bad weather unless conditions are extreme (for example gale force winds or a MET office Amber or Red warning). If you are in any doubt as to whether a walk will go ahead, please contact us.
